As many of you know, I’ve been going through a massive shift over the last month or two. After losing my cousin, I took some much-needed time off from work and social media and just allowed myself the space to really be where my feet are.
There was so much I learned from creating that space. I was able to re-calibrate a lot of the things I was working on, and most importantly, just realign how I was spending my time. I was able to tune into the subtle pieces of feedback I was receiving from my clients and the people surrounding me. And ultimately what I realized is that I need to make some changes.
I started to realize that the mastermind that I had created wasn’t the right container for my clients to be working in. I asked for even deeper feedback from my clients and my audience and my mentors. I was willing to say “Hold up! Something doesn’t feel right here.” and actually take a hard look at what would feel right. And so I decided, in the middle of the program, to change everything.
In this episode, I go into the depths of what it looks and feels like in the middle of a pivot. As you can imagine there was a lot of fear changing my mind but knowing that it was coming from a space of truly wanting to get my clients the results they are seeking is what makes the fear, the uncertainty, and everything else so worth it!
