Work Hard Mom Hard

Feb 14, 2019

Brittney Kuepferle is a hormone specialist, professionally trained natural foods chef, and a forever student of holistic medicine. Three years ago she ditched the western concept of masking her PCOS symptoms with synthetic pharmaceuticals. After spending eight years reliant on the birth control pill, she’d had enough and decided to take control of her own health with a holistic approach incorporating science, psychology, and spirituality. She is now an online hormone coach and the founder of Hormones and Harmony, where she helps women balance their hormones and eliminate their mentally and physically crippling symptoms. Her mission is to educate and empower women to take control of their hormonal health so that they may show up FULLY for their dreams, families, and selves.
