Alignment 1.0: letting go of toxic foods, relationships, jobs, habits and beliefs to better your actions, vibration and emotions so you can show up in your life the way you want.

Alignment 2.0: letting go of things that have incredible value in your life that no longer serve this new version of you.

Currently working through the latter and I have to say that freedom is electric.
